Denise Nana Konadu Derkyi, a 23-year-old entrepreneur, has achieved a remarkable feat by establishing her own company, Forever Sole Mates, just one year after graduating with a degree in Business Administration from Ashesi University. With valuable work experience gained at PwC Ghana during her National Service, Denise was well-prepared to venture into entrepreneurship.
In an interview, Denise shared her inspiration behind starting her shoe company. She expressed her personal love for footwear and her realization of the vast variety available for women. As she prayed for a business idea, she received the inspiration from God. Her father's penchant for customized slippers further fueled her interest in the industry.
