AAUA Releases Approved Academic Calendar for 2025/2026 Session

Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, has released the approved academic calendar for the 2025/2026 academic session.

According to the management, online screening and registration for fresh students, as well as online registration for returning students, will commence in Week 1, from October 12 to 18, 2025. Resumption of all students and faculty-based course exposition will follow in Week 2, from October 19 to 25, while lectures are scheduled to begin in Week 3, starting October 26.

The orientation programme for fresh students will hold between November 2 and 8, 2025, alongside ongoing lectures. Registration will close on November 15, 2025, while late registration for fresh and returning students will run from November 16 to 22, ending with the closure of the portal on November 29, 2025. The Vice Chancellor’s test is fixed for Week 8, November 30 to December 6, 2025.

Continuous lectures will continue into December, with the second continuous assessment scheduled for the week of December 21 to 27, 2025. Lectures will run through to January 17, 2026, before revision begins in Week 15, January 18 to 24, 2026.
