The management of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU) has commenced a hostel renovation project aimed at improving student welfare.

According to the ATBU Students' Union Government (SUG) President, Citizen Fahad Abdullahi, the project began with the renovation of hostels at the Yelwa Campus. Abdullahi, who accompanied the Dean of Student Affairs on an inspection tour, praised the initiative as a "bold and commendable step" towards enhancing student welfare.
