Dr. Nurudeen Mu'azu Maifata, Acting Rector of Isa Mustapha Agwai I Polytechnic Lafia, has committed to strengthening the cooperation between the institution’s management and its alumni association to accelerate infrastructure and academic growth. Dr. Maifata emphasized that collaboration with alumni is essential for overcoming infrastructure decay and enhancing educational quality through improved academic facilities.
He made these remarks during a courtesy visit from the Isa Mustapha Agwai I Polytechnic Lafia Alumni Association, led by its National President, Ogbole Arenya, in Lafia on Wednesday. He praised the significant contributions of the alumni to the polytechnic's advancement and encouraged continued efforts.
Ogbole Arenya stated that the alumni association aims to support the institution’s sporting activities by donating sports facilities. The meeting included top management staff, deans, and directors, and concluded with a vote of thanks from Registrar Zamani Habu Ibrahim.
