- Mondays: School of Engineering
- Tuesdays: School of Business Studies
- Wednesdays: School of Science
- Thursdays: School of Industrial
- Fridays: School of Environmental
In a proactive move to mitigate potential bottlenecks and ensure smooth operations, the institution has decided to maintain the ID card office's operations during public holidays. Notably, on upcoming holidays, students from the School of Business Studies will have the opportunity to collect their ID cards on Tuesday, while those from the School of Science can do so on Wednesday.
