Al-Ansar University Maiduguri Sympathizes with Borno State Government and People over Devastating Flood

Al-Ansar University Maiduguri has expressed deep sympathy to the Government and people of Borno State, particularly those affected by the recent devastating flood that occurred on September 10, 2024.

The University's Vice-Chancellor, on behalf of the University community, commiserated with His Excellency, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum, and the affected individuals, praying for the prevention of future occurrences.

Due to the severity of the flood, the University has suspended lectures and closed offices to ensure the safety of staff and students and show solidarity with those affected.

The University Management urges all staff and students to remain vigilant and avoid unnecessary movements during this challenging time.
