In a symbolic ceremony held on Monday, 8th April 2024, Barr. Philomena Iwara Okoye gracefully concluded her tenure as the Registrar of the University of All Times, Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK), handing over the reins of leadership to Mr. Samuel Nnaemekah Ufoh.
