Bayero University Announces Eid-ul-Adha Holiday

Bayero University has announced that Monday, June 17th, and Tuesday, June 18th, 2024, will be observed as public holidays to mark the Eid-ul-Adha celebrations, in accordance with the Federal Government's declaration.

However, staff on shift duty, emergency, or essential services in various units are expected to report for duty as usual. Work will resume on Wednesday, June 19th, 2024.

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Sagir Adamu Abbas, and the University Management wish all members of the university community a successful Sallah celebration and Allah's blessings. They also urge continued prayers for peace and a blessed festive season.
