Bayero University Kano Announces Eid-il-Fitr Holiday

Bayero University Kano has announced that it will observe the Eid-il-Fitr holiday, as declared by the Federal Government, on Monday, March 31, and Tuesday, April 1, 2025.

The holiday marks the 1446AH Eid-il-Fitr celebrations. However, staff members on shift duty, emergency, or essential services in various units are expected to report for duty as usual.

The university will resume its normal activities on Wednesday, April 2, 2025. The Vice Chancellor, Prof. Sagir Adamu Abbas, and the University Management have wished the university community a successful Sallah celebration and Allah's blessings, urging them to continue praying for peace and a blessed festive season.
