Bells University of Technology, Ota, Nigeria, through its College of Food, Agricultural Science and Technology (COLFAST), has opened admissions for the 2024/2025 academic session. The Department of Agriculture and Agricultural Technology offers B.Agriculture programmes in Agronomy, Agribusiness, and Fisheries & Animal Science.
To qualify for admission, candidates must have O Level credit passes in five WASCE/GCE/NECO subjects, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Agricultural Science, Chemistry, and Physics, in not more than two sittings. The UTME subject requirements include English Language, Agricultural Science or Biology, Chemistry, and either Mathematics or Physics.
The programme includes unique areas such as Aeroponics, Aquaponics, Hydroponics, Soilless Farming, and Tissue Culture (In Vitro Multiplication of Seeds). Students will gain real-time farm practical exposure and knowledge in Agripreneurship and Greenhouse Technology.
