- Monday, October 30th, 2023: The festivities kick off with a Health Walk, Health Talk, and Awareness Jingles at 10:00 am.
- Tuesday, October 31st, 2023: The Computer Science Graduates Induction begins at 10:00 am, followed by the Engineering Induction at 1:00 pm.
- Wednesday, November 1st, 2023: A Science and Technology Fair and Exhibition, coupled with an Opening Ceremony, commences at 10:00 am. Additionally, a Football Novelty Match is scheduled for 4:00 pm.
- Thursday, November 2nd, 2023: A Hooding Ceremony for Ph.D. and M.Sc. Graduands takes place at 10:00 am. Later in the day, a Science and Technology Fair/Exhibition for Intercollegiate Competition unfolds at 1:00 pm.
- Friday, November 3rd, 2023: The day is packed with excitement, starting with the Convocation Play and Awards to Winners of the Intercollegiate Competition at 6:00 pm. This is followed by the Convocation Lecture at 10:00 am and Admission to First Degrees (Direct Entry) at 11:00 am.
- Saturday, November 4th, 2023: The main event of the Convocation Ceremony, featuring the Conferment of Honorary Degrees, Award of Higher Degrees/Diplomas, Admission to First Degrees, and Presentation of Prizes, will commence at 10:00 am. All these remarkable events will take place at the prestigious BUFF International Conference Centre, underscoring the university's commitment to delivering world-class experiences to its students and guests.
