Borno State University Acting Vice Chancellor Completes Familiarization Tour

Professor Haruna Dantoro Dlakwa, Acting Vice Chancellor of Borno State University, has concluded a comprehensive familiarization visit to various units and departments within the institution.

The tour aimed to acquaint the Vice Chancellor with the operations, challenges, and needs of the Remedials Studies Unit, University Library, Medical Unit, and Admissions Unit. During the visit, Professor Dlakwa met with key personnel, including coordinators, overseers, and heads of units.

The Vice Chancellor acknowledged the challenges faced by each unit, including infrastructure, staffing, and resource needs. He commended the units for their excellent performance and assured them that their immediate needs would be addressed promptly, while others would be tackled in due course.

Professor Dlakwa expressed his commitment to supporting the units in overcoming their challenges, thereby enhancing the overall performance of the university.
