Borno State University VC Prof. Babagana Gutti Attends Sister's Wedding

Professor Babagana Gutti, the Vice-Chancellor of Borno State University (BOSU), recently attended the wedding fatiha of his sister, Barrister Amina Babagana Gutti. As a representative of his sister, Professor Gutti played a significant role in the wedding Nikah.
