In an inspiring journey of resilience, Brad Butler II, a 33-year-old from New Jersey, has achieved a significant milestone by obtaining a Master’s degree in Counseling from Pillar College in the United States. Despite facing bullying and learning disabilities throughout his education, Brad's determination and perseverance led him to this remarkable accomplishment.
Brad Butler's entire education took place in the public school system, where he underwent special education classes for over a decade. His tenacious spirit endured both academic challenges and bullying from peers due to his learning disabilities. However, this did not deter him from pursuing his dreams.

While reflecting on his unexpected journey to a Master’s degree, Brad emphasized, “A Masters in Counseling was the last thing on my mind, but clearly God had other plans for me, my life, and my career. After spending 10 years in special Ed classes, who would have thought that one day I’d earn a Master’s degree. ‘God doesn’t call the qualified, he qualifies the called’ (1 Corinthians 1:27-29).”

Brad's educational journey continued as he earned his bachelor’s degree from Kean University, culminating in the recent achievement of a Master’s degree in Counseling from Pillar College.
Undeterred by past challenges, Brad has not only overcome obstacles but has also launched his own company, Brad Butler II & Associates, LLC. This venture focuses on assisting students in connecting their dreams with education and helping educators connect with students through research-based strategies and social-emotional learning (SEL) components.
Beyond his academic success, Brad is a three-time author of motivational books, a certified speaker under Dr. Eric Thomas, and a globetrotting motivational speaker and educational consultant. He encourages individuals to tap into their gifts, emphasizing that opportunities are limitless when one strives to become the best version of themselves.
