Carmen's journey to academic success began three years ago when she became one of the youngest students ever to graduate from Jefferson County Public Schools (JCPS) at the age of 15. Undeterred by her age, she embarked on her university education at the University of Louisville, where she completed her bachelor's degree in a remarkably short time frame.
