This has reference to our memo of 12 September, 2023 on the above subject matter and wish to state that the approved Medical Screening and thorough clinical examination as well as Laboratory Investigations such as Chest X-Ray, Blood Group and Hemoglobin Genotype of Two Thousand Naira (2,000.00) only be paid direct into our Fidelity Bank Account with detalls as shown below
