Today, Prof. Joseph Tor Iorapuu, the Vice Chancellor of Benue State University (BSU), welcomed Mr. Sunday Odagba, the Acting Chairman of the Benue State Internal Revenue Board (BIRS), for a familiarity visit at the university.
