He expressed gratitude for selecting BOSU as the site for tree planting and recognized the importance of providing shade and greenery to the campus community. Professor Sandabe assured the delegation that all trees planted would be carefully monitored and granted them permission to initiate the tree planting campaign at BOSU.

Additionally, Dr. Abdulkarim Damagum, Director of the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Borno State Office, presented seedlings to support BOSU's farm. This contribution was part of the ministry's intervention for the 2022 flood victims. The items included cotton seeds cake and minerals lick, aimed at providing relief to livestock owners affected by the flooding. Dr. Damagum expressed the hope for future collaborations between the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and BOSU Farm to provide training opportunities for the younger generation.
