Dr. Sanusi Turaki Bala, MON (Sarkin Dawaki Maituta), has awarded full scholarships to 33 students at the Federal College of Education (Technical) (FCET) Gusau.

Dr. Sanusi Turaki Bala, MON (Sarkin Dawaki Maituta), has awarded full scholarships to 33 students at the Federal College of Education (Technical) (FCET) Gusau. The scholarships cover the students' registration fees, accommodation, reading materials, and monthly allowances through his foundation, Mai Tuta AKIDA.

Muhammad Lawal, the foundation's coordinator, disclosed this development to journalists on Thursday. He explained that Dr. Sanusi Turaki Bala, a former gubernatorial aspirant, directed the payment of school registration fees, monthly allowances, and all necessary learning materials for the entire study period of the 33 students.

The scholarship recipients include 18 NCE (National Certificate in Education) students and 15 undergraduate degree students. The comprehensive support covers their accommodation, monthly allowances, and all written materials needed for the duration of their studies, which spans four to five years.

Lawal highlighted the financial struggles faced by the students, noting that their parents are unable to afford the costs of their education. He praised the ongoing efforts of the Mai Tuta AKIDA foundation in supporting the underprivileged and called on wealthy individuals to assist the needy in society.

The scholarship presentation took place at the Federal College of Education (Technical) hall, where Dr. Sanusi Turaki Bala personally ensured the fulfillment of his promise to the students.
