Representatives of the Ebira staff, comprising both teaching and non-teaching cadres, expressed enthusiasm about Professor Ibileye’s leadership, vowing loyalty and collaboration. They highlighted the importance of unity, mutual respect, and cooperation among staff of all ethnic and cultural backgrounds to strengthen the university community.
Similarly, the Igala staff delegation commended the Vice-Chancellor and reaffirmed their commitment to the success of his tenure. They emphasised the need for an inclusive workplace that leverages the diverse strengths of staff from different ethnic groups to advance institutional growth.
In response, Professor Ibileye expressed gratitude for the goodwill and pledged to promote an equitable and harmonious environment across the university. He assured staff that their concerns would be actively considered in decision-making and policy development, reinforcing his commitment to fairness, inclusivity, and engagement with all stakeholders.
