The Ekinrin-Adde Community Development Association, Lokoja chapter, has congratulated the Vice-Chancellor of Federal University Lokoja, Gbenga Solomon Ibileye, expressing support for his administration and commending his leadership.

The group made its position known during a welcome ceremony held at the Auditorium of the College of Health Sciences in Adankolo, where members presented a symbolic gift to the Vice-Chancellor and offered prayers for a successful five-year tenure.

Speaking on behalf of the association, its chairman, Oshadami Babatunde, reaffirmed the community’s commitment to the success of the university leadership, pledging both moral and material support.

The association also introduced a proposed hostel development project designed to address accommodation challenges faced by students of Ekinrin-Adde origin. Responding, Ibileye expressed appreciation for the gesture and the show of solidarity, reiterating his commitment to transparent and accountable leadership. He stated that his administration remains focused on serving both institutional stakeholders and the broader public with integrity.
