FCE Zaria Launches Digital Certificate Collection System for Graduating NCE Students
They must then get a certificate processing unique PIN from the MIS Unit and pay the certificate fee, which is 2,500 for regular students and 1,000 for alumni, at ZAFEC.
Federal College of Education, Zaria, has introduced a new digital system for NCE certificate collection, aimed at simplifying the process for graduating students. Both EZ 17 Regular and EZPP 16 Part-time students will now benefit from this streamlined approach.
Under the new system, students are required to follow a series of steps: printing their congratulations/acknowledgement letter at the ECRV Unit in A.A. Ladan Hall, obtaining a payment teller, and making the necessary payment at the college bank, ZAFEC. They must then get a certificate processing unique PIN from the MIS Unit and pay the certificate fee, which is 2,500 for regular students and 1,000 for alumni, at ZAFEC.
Students will then need to present their payment receipt and other required documents, including a unique PIN and O/Level result scratch card, back at the ECRV Unit to complete the certificate collection process.
The new digital procedure is designed to reduce stress and save time, consolidating multiple steps into a more efficient process and reflecting the college’s commitment to digital innovation.
