Federal Polytechnic Bauchi Sets Guidelines for Graduating Students' Signing-Out Ceremony

Federal Polytechnic Bauchi has approved a signing-out ceremony for graduating students, to be held within the Polytechnic Stadium. The event will have parents, guardians, and religious leaders in attendance.

The institution initially declined the request due to concerns about conduct, but reconsidered after assurances from the Student Union Government (SUG). Key guidelines include:

- SUG officials will be responsible for ceremony conduct

- Event activities will be confined to the Stadium

- Graduating students will hold, not wear, graduation T-Shirts

- Rough driving/cycling is prohibited; offenders will face police

- Ceremony will last 3 hours, with strict timing

- No pre-signed T-Shirts allowed

- Institution's dress code will be enforced .
