The Federal Government of Nigeria has approved a list of 126 federal institutions for the first phase of its student loan scheme. The initiative, announced by the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND), is set to benefit approximately 1.2 million students across federal government-owned universities, polytechnics, colleges of education, and technical colleges.
