The university's Registrar, Fatima Binta Mohammed, mni, instructed students to disregard the previous memo and apologized for any confusion caused.

In an internal circular dated January 31, 2025, the institution’s Registrar, Fatima Binta Mohammed, mni, formally requested that all students disregard the scholarship information shared on January 24, 2025.
The memo, addressed to all students, clarified that the earlier announcement was erroneous and should no longer be considered. The Registrar expressed regret for any confusion caused and reassured students that any future official communications regarding scholarships or other opportunities will be made through the appropriate institutional channels, signed by the Registrar or an authorized representative.
Students of the university are encouraged to remain vigilant for any further announcements and to rely on official notices from the Registrar's office to avoid misinformation.
