The Abia State Law Students Association, under the leadership of Comrade Joshua Esinwoke, has announced the launch of the First National Moot and Mock Trial Competition. This event is dedicated to the late Professor Eleazar Uche Ikonne, the esteemed former Vice Chancellor of Abia State University.

The competition represents a major milestone in the association's efforts to advance legal education and celebrate Professor Ikonne's contributions to the field. It aims to enhance advocacy skills and legal knowledge among law students across the country through a series of challenging moot and mock trials.
