Former Mr. UNN, Favour Ogbuokiri Makes History as 2nd Runner-up at Mister Global 2024
Nigerian representative Favour Ogbuokiri has achieved a historic milestone by finishing as the 2nd Runner-up at the Mister Global 2024 competition held in Bangkok, Thailand. This remarkable accomplishment marks Nigeria's highest placement in the event's history.

In a remarkable achievement for Nigeria, former Mr. UNN, Favour Ogbuokiri, has clinched the title of 2nd Runner-up at the prestigious Mister Global 2024 competition held in Bangkok, Thailand. This achievement marks Nigeria's highest placement in the history of the global event, setting a new standard of excellence for the country.
A native of Enugu State, Favour Ogbuokiri earned the right to represent Nigeria after winning the Mister Global Nigeria title at the Misters of Nigeria 2024 competition. His journey in Thailand began on a high note as he won the coveted Gold Award for the CI Talks by Mouawad, which came with a gold lapel pin and a cash prize of 100,000 Thai Baht.
Favour's consistent performance throughout the competition earned him a spot in the final Top 3. He captivated both judges and audiences with his confidence and poise during the various rounds, including the speaking segment, swimwear, and formal wear. As the competition concluded, he was announced as the 2nd Runner-up, making history for Nigerian pageantry.
Previously, Nigeria's best result in the Mister Global competition was a Top 15 placement, but Favour's outstanding performance has elevated the country's status on the global stage. In addition to his title, he received a cash prize of 20,000 Thai Baht and several rewards from the event's sponsors and organizers.
