ABU Announces Hostel Reservation and Clearance Procedures for 2024/2025 Academic Session

The Hall Governors' Forum of Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) has released important information regarding hostel reservation and clearance procedures for the 2024/2025 academic session.

The accommodation portal will be accessible from January 3, 2025, and clearance for allocated bed spaces will commence on the same day. To reserve a bed space, students must register their courses, access the accommodation link on the student portal, and pay the accommodation fees as specified.

Students are required to submit certain documents to complete the clearance process, including a photocopy of their admission letter or school ID card, a photocopy of their school fees transaction receipt, a photocopy of their hostel transaction receipt/reservation slip, and four recent passport photographs.

The Hall Governors' Forum has advised students that reservation for accommodation is valid for only three working days. Students who require assistance with the accommodation reservation and clearance process are encouraged to contact the forum's executives.
