FUDutse announces 6th & 7th convocation ceremony

The Federal University Dutse, Jigawa state will hold its 6th and 7th combined convocation ceremonies and the investiture of the 2nd Chancellor of the University.

His Majesty, King W.S. Joshua, Igbugburu the X, CON, (JP), the Ebenanawel of Bomo Kingdom and the Pioneer Chairman of the Bayelsa State Traditional Council on Saturday 24th February, 2024 by 9:00 am prompt.

The programs lined up for the convocation include the Pre- Convocation Press briefing to Journalists in Jigawa state by the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Abdulkarim Sabo Mohammed on Wednesday, 21st of February, 2024 by 1:30p.m. This will be followed by the commissioning of projects at the Rasheed Shekoni Teaching Hospital by the Coordinating Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Prof. Muhammad Ali Pate, CON, on Friday, 23rd of February, 2024 by 10 am prompt.

The Coordinating Minister of Health and Social Welfare will also deliver the Pre-Convocation Lecture titled: Human Capital in the Era of Polycrisis on Friday, 23rd February, 2024 by 4:00p.m. The former Minister of Education, Professor Ruqayyatu Ahmad Rufai, OON will chair the Pre-Convocation Lecture.
