The Federal University Lokoja (FULOKOJA) School of Preliminary Studies extends a warm invitation to the general public to apply for its Pre-Degree programme for the 2024/2025 academic session.

This opportunity is specifically designed for individuals seeking to bridge gaps in their O’Level results or to enhance their qualifications for university admission.

FULOKOJA offers two distinct pre-degree tracks to cater to the varied needs of prospective students:

Pre-degree I: This track is tailor-made for candidates with deficiencies in their O’Level results, providing them with the necessary academic support to meet university admission requirements.
Pre-degree II: Aimed at individuals who meet the minimum requirements for university admission but were unable to secure a place, this track offers an alternative route into university education.

Both programmes encompass a wide range of subjects in the Arts, Social Sciences, and Sciences, ensuring that candidates receive a well-rounded education preparatory to their undergraduate studies.

Eligibility for Pre-Degree II:

Applicants must possess a minimum of five O’Level credits, including English and Mathematics, plus any other three relevant subjects in not more than two sittings, to qualify for the Pre-Degree II programme.

The application window opens on Tuesday, May 2nd, 2024, and closes on Monday, August 19th, 2024. Interested candidates are required to pay a non-refundable fee of N10,000.00 to apply.
To apply, visit the University’s official website at http://www.fulokoja.edu.ng, navigate to the Predegree Portal, and create an account. Follow the instructions to generate an RRR (Remita Retrieval Reference) and complete your payment either online or at a bank.
After payment, return to the Predegree Portal to fill out the application form. It is essential to print out the completed form and submit a copy at the School of Preliminary Studies, Adankolo Campus, for documentation.
