In an impressive display of talent, students from Federal University Lokoja (FULOKOJA) have secured bronze medals in badminton and taekwondo at the ongoing All-Africa University Games 2024 in Lagos. These victories mark a pivotal moment for FUL as its athletes showcase their growing prowess in continental sports competitions.  

The Director of Sports, Mr. Ilori George Adebayo, expressed his delight over the achievements and highlighted the importance of these victories in promoting sports at FULOKOJA. "These wins demonstrate our commitment to sports development. I believe we are capable of achieving even more before the end of this championship," he said.

Mr. Adebayo also extended his gratitude to the University Management, especially the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Olayemi Akinwumi, for providing the support and environment necessary for their participation and success in the games.
