FUNAAB Part-Time Degree Students Commence First Semester Examinations for 2023/2024 Academic Session
The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) has begun the First Semester Examinations for its Part-Time Degree students for the 2023/2024 Academic Session, starting on September 20, 2024.
The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) has officially commenced the First Semester Examinations for its Part-Time Degree students for the 2023/2024 Academic Session. The examinations began on September 20, 2024, marking a significant milestone for students enrolled in the Part-Time Degree Programme (PTDP).
Dr. Enovwo Odjegba, the newly appointed Coordinator of the PTDP, confirmed that comprehensive preparations had been made to facilitate a smooth examination process. She emphasized the essential support from the University Management, led by Vice-Chancellor Prof. Babatunde Kehinde, which has been instrumental in the Programme's success.
The examination schedule has been designed to accommodate students, taking place exclusively on weekends. Exams are held on Fridays from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sundays from 12:00 noon to 5:30 p.m. This structure allows for flexibility while ensuring students can adequately prepare for their assessments.
In an encouraging update, Dr. Odjegba announced that results from the previous session’s examinations have been released and are now accessible to students. She expressed her commitment to enhancing the Part-Time Degree Programme, stating, "I am dedicated to advancing the Part-Time Degree Programme by leveraging my extensive experience and deep understanding of the University systems."
The examinations for the Part-Time Degree students are expected to conclude on Saturday, October 5, 2024, as the students strive to achieve their academic goals at FUNAAB.
