Covenant University Celebrates Chancellor’s 70th Birthday with Special Public Lecture on Leadership
In honor of Dr. David O. Oyedepo, Chancellor and Chairman of the Board of Regents at Covenant University, a special public lecture will be held to commemorate his 70th birthday.

In honor of Dr. David O. Oyedepo, Chancellor and Chairman of the Board of Regents at Covenant University, a special public lecture will be held to commemorate his 70th birthday. The event, scheduled for Tuesday, September 24, 2019, at 9:00 am, will take place at the Covenant University Chapel Hall in Canaan Land, Ota.
The lecture, titled “The Black Race and Leadership Question,” will be presented by Distinguished Professor Aize Obayan, Ph.D., former Executive Secretary of the National Universities Commission (NUC). This significant event aims to address critical issues surrounding leadership within the Black race, offering insights and perspectives from a renowned academic and leader.
