These scammers, operating through platforms like WhatsApp and other social media channels, have been reaching out to students and other individuals, claiming to be able to manipulate academic records for a fee. However, FUTA has emphasized that such claims are entirely fraudulent and part of a deceitful scheme aimed at extorting money through unethical means.

FUTA asserts that its Examination and Records System is robust and impervious to both internal and external manipulation. The university administration underscores that any purported offers or promises made by these scammers are entirely false and should be treated with utmost skepticism.
