The Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA), renowned for its commitment to technological advancement and innovation, is set to host the “More Than Certificate 4.0 FUTA Innovation Challenge.” This highly anticipated event aims to unleash the potential of students and empower tomorrow’s leaders in the fields of technology and science.
The challenge, themed “Unleashing Potentials: Empowering Tomorrow’s Leaders,” invites both individual and departmental participants to showcase their innovative solutions. The event will take place on September 19, 2024, at the T.I. Francis Auditorium, with registration closing on August 31, 2024.
Chief Host, Vice Chancellor Prof. Adenike Temidayo Oladiji, and Host, Prof. Obafemi Olutola Olubanjo, Director of TECH-PIC, are spearheading this initiative to foster creativity and practical application of knowledge among students. The competition promises to be a vibrant platform for showcasing groundbreaking ideas and fostering a culture of innovation within the university community.
