Gateway Polytechnic, Sapaade, has taken a decisive step to ensure the safety of its students by suspending physical lectures following a series of attacks on students within the institution. The management's decision comes in response to the tragic incident where a student lost their life, and nine others sustained injuries during an invasion by suspected armed robbers in Ode-Remo.

"I have the directive of management to inform all students in the polytechnic that all physical lectures have been suspended on campus for the next two weeks with effect from Monday, 4th December, 2023."
