Godfrey Okoye University Celebrates Best Graduating Student for 2024/2025

Godfrey Okoye University (GOUNI) proudly recognises Mary Nkenna Azubuike, a 20-year-old Psychology graduate, as the Overall Best Graduating Student for the 2024/2025 academic session.

Mary achieved an exceptional CGPA of 4.96, maintaining outstanding academic performance throughout her four-year programme:

• 1st Year: 5.00
• 2nd Year: 5.00
• 3rd Year: 5.00
• 4th Year: 4.96

Notably, Mary also holds the unique distinction of serving as Vice Chancellor for One Day during the 2022/2023 session, becoming the first student in GOUNI history to attain both this honor and the Overall Best Graduate title.

Hailing from Afikpo, Ebonyi State, and daughter of Barr. Greg and Mrs. Roseline Azubuike, she is celebrated for her discipline, leadership, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to personal growth.

Her exceptional performance earned her total prize money of ₦2,350,000, drawn from several awards, including:
