Gregory University Announces Commencement Of 2025/2026 Academic Session

Gregory University, Uturu, has announced that the 2025/2026 academic session will officially commence on Saturday, October 18, 2025, marking the beginning of the Harmattan Semester. 

The University stated that both returning and newly admitted scholars are expected to arrive on campus on October 18, 2025. Among key events lined up for the new session is the 10th Convocation Ceremony scheduled to hold on December 13, 2025.

Meanwhile, the institution disclosed that the 2025 edition of the Student Work Experience Programme (SWEP) is ongoing. The specialised five-week training, which began on September 9, 2025, is designed to equip students with practical knowledge and skills in their respective disciplines and will conclude with a closing ceremony on October 9, 2025.

Gregory University also reiterated that admissions for the 2025/2026 academic session remain open and urged interested candidates to apply through its official website, www.gregoryuniversityuturu.edu.ng/postutme.
