Imo Sports Commissioner Kicks Off IMSU Fresher's Football Tournament in Style

Imo State University (IMSU) welcomed its fresher students with a bang as the Imo State Commissioner for Youths, Sports, and Social Development, Honourable Emeka Okoronkwo, officially inaugurated the IMSU Freshers Football Tournament.
