Isa Mustapha Agwai I Polytechnic modifies its academic calendar to accommodate 2nd-semester examinations after a leadership visit by Acting Rector Dr. Nurudeen Mu'azu Maifata.

Isa Mustapha Agwai I Polytechnic (IMAP), Lafia, continues to demonstrate leadership by example under the stewardship of its acting Rector, Dr. Nurudeen Mu'azu Maifata. In a move that underscores the administration's commitment to inclusive and progressive development, Dr. Maifata paid a visit to the esteemed pioneer Director of Information, Public Relations, and Protocol, Mukhtar Wakeel, at the Directorate. This visit highlights the Rector's efforts to foster cohesion and purposeful engagement within the institution.
In another significant development, the Academic Board of IMAP has approved an adjustment to the 2023/2024 academic calendar. The decision, made during the Board's 8th Regular Meeting on August 7, 2024, is aimed at accommodating the 2nd-semester examinations for IMAP Consultancy students. The revised examination date is now set for Monday, August 19, 2024.

This change was communicated through a circular signed by the Registrar of the Polytechnic, Zamani Habu Ibrahim, on August 8, 2024. The circular also advises students who have not yet completed their registration to do so by August 16, 2024. The Polytechnic regrets the confusion caused by an earlier announcement on the suspension of examinations, stating that the new circular supersedes previous communications.

The institution has urged all students to adhere to the revised schedule to avoid any complications with their registration and examination processes.
