Reactions were centered on the continuous issue of women pulling down fellow women in the work place. Responding during the interactive session, Mrs Tareno-Igirigi Arukusi said women must learn to love themselves, as this would transcend to love for others, and subsequently eradicate the desire to pull down a fellow woman to rise, adding that the sky is large enough for everyone to grow.

Also speaking, Mrs. Rosemary Sele-konyefa, admonished the women on the attributes of a true mother. She further suggested that female members of staff should extend their motherhood roles to students, as this would help in the growth of such students in life.

Chairlady of the UAT Female Forum Madam Edna Stow, in her address, expressed the need for women to come together at occasions such as this to deliberate on issues that concern women. She stated that when women are united, they become a formidable force in any organization. She urged the women to work in love for one another, as this would lead to genuine support for women to be included in any sphere of her career, and subsequent inclusion at top management levels.
