KADSSU-KASU Hosts Public Lecture and Inauguration Ceremony

The Kaduna State Students Union (KADSSU-KASU) recently hosted a one-day public lecture and inauguration ceremony for the newly elected executives.

The event, themed "The Leap of the Current Administration Under the Stewardship of His Excellency the Executive Governor of Kaduna State, Sen. Uba Sani, in Resourceful Impacts on Kaduna State Citizens (Students) and Nigeria at Large," was attended by prominent dignitaries.

The ceremony served as a platform to recognize and appreciate the efforts of Governor Uba Sani in transforming the educational landscape of Kaduna State. The governor's initiatives, including reducing tuition fees and allowing students to sit for examinations regardless of financial status, were commended.

A "Sword of Honor" was presented to Governor Uba Sani in recognition of his dedication to education. The event also marked the launch of the "UBA SANI STUDENTS' GARDEN" project, aimed at creating a serene space for reflection and study on the university campus.

The outgoing president of KADSSU-KASU, Abubakar Muhammad, expressed gratitude to the governor and government officials for their support and commitment to education. He urged the new leadership to build on the achievements and uphold integrity and unity.
