Kaduna Polytechnic Announces HND Screening and File Opening Requirements

Kaduna Polytechnic has released the requirements for the physical screening and file opening process for Higher National Diploma (HND) students.  

Screening Requirements

Students are expected to provide the following documents during the departmental physical screening:  

- Admission Letter  

- Admission Acceptance Slip  

- Application Form  

- Primary School Certificate  

- Birth Certificate  

- Statement of Result

- State of Origin Certificate (not from liaison office)  

- WAEC/NECO Results

File Opening Requirements

After school fees payment, the following documents must be submitted to open a file:  

- Attestation Letter  

- Clearance Form for School Fees

Important Notice for New Students

The institution has advised students to verify that their WAEC/NECO results correspond with their course of study before paying the acceptance fee. Kaduna Polytechnic emphasized that HND screenings are more sensitive compared to those for ND students.  

Students are urged to comply with these requirements to ensure a smooth registration process.
