Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu University Hosts National Association of Kano State Students

The National Association of Kano State Students (NAKSS), Yusuf Maitama Sule University, Kano (YUMSUK) Chapter, visited Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu University (KHAIRUN) on October 2, 2024. The delegation aimed to strengthen the partnership between NAKSS and KHAIRUN and seek support for their ongoing projects.
During the visit, the students invited KHAIRUN's management and students to attend their upcoming cultural day event, which will celebrate YUMSUK's 12th anniversary.
Responding to the delegation, KHAIRUN Vice-Chancellor Prof. Abdulrashid Garba expressed his delight in welcoming the students and assured them of KHAIRUN's active participation in the celebration. He emphasized the longstanding relationship between himself and the Vice-Chancellor of YUMSUK, highlighting the strong ties between the two institutions. Prof. Garba also indicated his readiness to collaborate with the association and extend support at both management and individual levels.
This visit reaffirms the commitment of both universities to enhance collaboration and community engagement for the benefit of their students and academic pursuits.
