Dr. Bamidele Onalaja, Managing Director/CEO of RevolutionPlus Properties and an alumnus of Lagos State University (LASU), paid a courtesy visit to the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Ibiyemi Olatunji-Bello, on Tuesday, June 25, 2024. The meeting, held at the Vice Chancellor’s Office in the Babatunde Raji Fashola Senate Building on the main campus in Ojo, was facilitated by Prof. M.O.B. Mohammed, Director of the Centre for General Nigerian Studies.

Dr. Onalaja expressed his intention to give back to his alma mater, emphasizing the pivotal role LASU played in shaping his career and personal growth. He discussed opportunities to contribute to the university's development and community.

Representing Prof. Ibiyemi Olatunji-Bello, Deputy Vice Chancellor Administration, Prof. Adenike Boyo, warmly welcomed Dr. Onalaja and his team. She appreciated their commitment to supporting LASU and highlighted the positive impact of alumni involvement on the university's growth.

The meeting was attended by key university officials including Deputy Vice Chancellor Academic, Prof. Olufunso Omobitan; University Librarian, Dr. Omawumi Makinde; Director of Directorate of Special Interventions, Prof. Oseni Afisi; Deputy Registrar of Vice Chancellor’s Office, Dr. Lateef Sekoni; and Special Assistant to the Vice Chancellor, Dr. Lateef Salami. Members of staff from the Centre for General Nigerian Studies and the Centre for Information and Public Relations were also present.
