Lagos State University (LASU) has initiated the Indigeneship Verification Exercise for candidates of Lagos State origin who selected LASU as their First Choice in the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored a minimum of 195. This exercise is a crucial step in the admission process for the 2024/2025 academic session.

Key Details:

  • Eligibility: Candidates must be of Lagos State origin and have scored at least 195 in the UTME.
  • Locations: The exercise will take place at designated divisions across Lagos State:
    • Ikeja Division: First Floor, L & H Building, Faculty of Arts
    • Badagry Division: New TETFund Building, Faculty of Education
    • Ikorodu Division: Law Clinic, Faculty of Law
    • Lagos Division: International Business Class, MBA Building
    • Epe Division: School of Transport

Application Process:

  1. Apply: Eligible candidates should initiate their application by providing their JAMB Registration Number and other required details. Candidates revalidating their status do not need to reapply.

  2. Make Payment: Payment for the Indigeneship Verification Exercise should be completed online. Applicants must ensure they specify the payment description as "INDIGENESHIP VERIFICATION FEES" and provide a valid JAMB registration number.
