LASU Deputy Vice Chancellors Present Medals at FASU Handball Event

Lagos State University (LASU) made an impactful appearance at the university’s Sports and Recreation Centre to preside over the Handball Medal Presentation as part of the ongoing Federation of African University Sports (FASU) Games.The event saw Professor Adenike Boyo, Deputy Vice Chancellor (Administration), and Professor Olufunso Omobitan, Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic), alongside Dr. Omawumi Makinde, University Librarian, and other members of the FASU committee, grace the occasion with their presence, underscoring the university's commitment to sports and athletic excellence.

The Handball Medal Presentation was a highlight of the FASU games, with teams from various African universities showcasing top-level handball skills in a competition that was both thrilling and fiercely contested.
