LASU Directs Returning Students To Submit NIN Within 48 Hours
The management of Lagos State University (LASU) has directed all returning full-time undergraduate students to submit their National Identification Number (NIN) within 48 hours.

The management of Lagos State University (LASU) has directed all returning full-time undergraduate students to submit their National Identification Number (NIN) within 48 hours.
According to the notice released by the university, the submission of NIN has become mandatory for the validation and authentication of students’ records, in line with the national identity requirements for all citizens of Nigeria.
Students are required to follow the steps below to submit or correct their NIN details:
- Visit the LASU website via www.lasu.edu.ng
- Navigate to the STUDENT tab and click on NIN Submission
- Enter your matriculation number and course registration password, then click Login
- Input your NIN (or verify and correct if previously submitted) and submit
The university stated that all submissions must be completed between Wednesday, 22nd and Friday, 24th October 2025, warning that failure to comply within the stipulated time may affect student records.
