In an effort to enhance healthcare administration and management, the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), Ikeja, is set to introduce an Advanced Diploma Certificate Programme in Hospital Administration and Management, which has received the seal of approval from the Institute of Health Services and Administrators of Nigeria (IHSAN). This initiative aims to equip hospital administrators with the essential skills and knowledge required for effective management of healthcare facilities.
Entry Requirements
Applicants who hold degrees in Social Sciences, Humanities, as well as individuals currently employed as Administrative Officers and Hospital Administration and Human Resource Officers, are eligible to apply for this program. LASUTH is committed to fostering a diverse cohort and welcoming professionals from various backgrounds.
Program Duration
The program spans one year, offered on a part-time basis, and upon successful completion, candidates will be conferred with the Advanced Professional Diploma Certificate in Hospital Administration and Management, endorsed by LASUTH.

Application Process
Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to obtain application forms from the Workforce Planning and Recruitment Unit, located in the MRC Building at LASUTH. Applicants should ensure that their completed application forms are submitted alongside copies of their academic credentials, a comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV), two recent passport photographs with a white background, and other pertinent documents.

Screening Process
To evaluate the applicants, a Computer-Based Test (CBT) will be conducted at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH). Successful candidates who make it through this stage will be invited to present their original certificates for further screening during an oral interview.
