Ministry of Education Announces Vietnamese Scholarship Programs for 2024/2025
The Federal Government of Nigeria, in partnership with the Ministry of Education, has announced prestigious scholarship opportunities provided by the Government of Vietnam for Nigerian students.

The Federal Government of Nigeria, in partnership with the Ministry of Education, has issued a statement titled "Vietnam National University-International School (VNU-IS) Scholarship Programs for the Academic Year 2024-2025." This announcement, made on Monday, extends an invitation to Nigerian students to participate in prestigious scholarship opportunities provided by the Government of Vietnam.

- The scholarship programs are delineated as follows:
- Vietnam Scholarship Programme: Grants a 100% tuition fee waiver for five individuals.
- Hanoi Scholarship Programme: Offers a 50% tuition fee waiver for eight individuals.
- International Student Scholarship Programme: Provides a waiver of 1 semester's tuition fee for twelve individuals.
Eligibility for these scholarships are on the GPA score attained in the SSCE/WAEC examinations. Successful candidates will have the opportunity for their scholarship awards to be renewed annually, contingent upon their academic performance. Shortlisted applicants will undergo online interviews conducted directly by the school.
